Our default implementation is easy, fast, and requires no development resources. The setup process guides you through every step and can be completed by anyone with admin access to Google Analytics and Shopify.
Note: If you’re running a headless setup, developer resources would be required, but we provide a detailed implementation guide and support during the entire process.
We offer custom sorting rules and the ability to completely override auto-sorting.
Sorting rules can be set to promote new arrivals, pin specific products, group products by tags, demote products running out of stock, select which collections you want RX to auto-optimize, and opt out of others.
We calculate our performance score for each product by factoring in click rates, add-to-basket rates, purchase rates, and product LTV.
Click rate: Helps identify your most enticing products
Add-to-basket rate: Helps determine top performing product detail pages
Purchase Rate: Indicator of high-converting products
Product LTV: Accounts for gross margin, product return rates, and repeat purchases.
No. Tracking does not affect site performance. The RX pixel is implemented within a Shopify-controlled sandbox environment that loads asynchronously, meaning it cannot impact page load times or interfere with any frontend functionality.
Once setup is complete, the first collection data will be available within 72 hours. We recommend collecting 7 days of data before enabling auto-sorting. This provides the algorithm with enough behavioral insight to optimize collections.
New positions are continuously tested for ongoing improvements. While you’ll see initial changes quickly, we recommend running auto-sorting for at least 3 weeks to thoroughly evaluate the impact.
